Referrals are prioritised according to clinical urgency. Our priority is to ensure that patients are seen promptly. If your chosen provider is unavailable for a long period, we will contact you to see if you are happy for another provider to see your patient.


Urgent appointments are reserved for children and significant injuries; if you are making an urgent referral, please mark it as acute. As providers of the Escalated Care Pathway (ECP), we have prioritised acute slots for urgent knee injuries.


We welcome referrals through email or EDI or ERMS.
